ACCOMMODATIONS
The sleeping facilities at Molalla Retreat are as follows:
- Stuga-sleeps 6-minimum 4-Deposit $50
The Stuga is a one bedroom cabin. The bedroom has a king size bed and a set of bunks. The Stuga has a living room(with two sofa sleepers), a restroom and kitchen. There is a big screen TV (with a blue-ray DVD player and HDMI cord for hooking up a laptop) in the living room. The Stuga is ADA compliant.
- Upper Western – sleeps 10 – minimum 6 – Deposit $100
The Upper Western consists of two bedrooms, a restroom, kitchenette and living room. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunks. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks. There are two sofa sleepers in the living room.
- Lower Western-Deposit $100
The Lower Western offers a large kitchen, dining and meeting space for up to 30 guests. There is also a full restroom in the Lower Western.
The Duplex is the only building on-site that does not have it’s own kitchen, as such, it is only able to be rented in conjunction with another building. Each side of the Duplex sleeps up to 7 guests on single beds, 5 of which are on the first floor 2 of which are located in a loft. Each side of the Duplex has a full restroom.
- Duplex-sleeps 14 (minimum 14 w/SGF and 15 w/Lodge)-Deposit $250
Together, the Stuga, Western (Upper and Lower) and Duplex are referred to as our Small Group Facility (SGF).
- Lodge – sleeps 56 – minimum 35 – Deposit $500
- Whole Camp Rental-sleeps 86 (up to 100 with camp provided cots, must be confirmed in advance)-minimum 65- Deposit $1000
The Lodge offers sleeping for up to 56 guests between 2 dorm and 2 smaller rooms. The East Dorm can sleep 28, the VIP room sleeps up to 5 with a queen bed, a set of bunks and a futon. The Snore Room sleeps 4 in two sets of bunks and the West Dorm can sleep up to 19. All sleeping arrangements are on the second floor of the Lodge, while the first floor offers a commercial kitchen, meeting/dining space and restroom facilities. The meeting/dining space has seating for up to 100 guests. There is a big screen TV with a receiver and surround sound, an HDMI cord is provided for your convenience. There is also a Blu-ray DVD player. The first floor of the Lodge is ADA compliant. If you are renting the Lodge and need ADA sleeping arrangements, please let us know. We will gladly add the Stuga, with no increase to the minimum.
All of our buildings have heat and restrooms, you won’t be roughing it too bad! We do not have AC; however ,we do supply box fans in all of the rooms.
Groups are billed, based on buildings reserved, for the actual headcount at the time of the retreat, at or above the minimum listed above.
We have two locations where groups may park a travel trailer. Please inform us in advance if you intend to bring one. We cannot offer hookups, but can run an extension cord.
Unless a group rents the entire facility there is the potential for multiple groups to be onsite at any given time. In these circumstances we ask that groups share outdoor spaces. Please be sure your group is informed of the buildings you have access to and the ones you do not.
RATES
Weekend Rates: $70.00 per person (2 nights); $45 per person (1 night)
Weekday Rate: $35 per person per night
The nightly rates are per person (age 3 and over) , including guests staying in trailers.
Daytime rate (less than 6 hour stay) is $15. Over 6 hour stay will be charged the nightly rate.
HOURS
Check-in time is 4pm and checkout is 2pm.
You may arrive early or stay late provided this is cleared in advance so it does not conflict with another group. $75/hr early arrival fee.
Kitchen Use
If you choose to provide your own food service there is a daily kitchen use fee. On-site food service is available, minimum of Lodge rental required, see Dining Tab for options.

- Lower Western-$20/night
- Lodge – $50/night
When providing your own food service you will be expected to clean the kitchen according to the posted procedure. The kitchen is not included in the cleaning fee.
Cleaning
Cleaning Fees are as follows-
- Stuga-$50

- Lower Western-$50
- Duplex-$50/each side
- Lodge – $250
Prior to departure groups are asked to pick up trash, put any outdoor equipment away, return used/moved items to their original home, and wipe down tables and chairs and restack on racks(Lower Western) or in the closet(Stuga/Lodge). As stated above, the kitchen is not included in the cleaning fee. For groups providing their own food please plan accordingly.
